The Bus was too cold at night I become sick because I did not have warm cloth with me. In addition the seat was not comfortable for 15 hours drive.
Bad experience with this company. Departed more than an hour late for technical issues and were stuck in bus pretty much dying in heat. Bus had to stop about 5 times, for about an our each time, for more technical issues. They never explained what was happenning and never apologized. People were really upset. Also, no toilet paper, no soap, no towels in bathroom. Driver was driving bus as if it was a racing car. Knocked my head in the bathroom on an already broken led light and my head was bleeding. Overall NOT a good experience.
Terrible. They took us to the wrong place (3.5 hours north of where we were meant to be) and then the second bus broke down. 16 hours turned into 22 hours.

Absolutely horrible, the whole buss smelled off urine, was like winter wonderland in there everyone was freezing, didn't stop for food once during the 26 HOURS the 17 HOUR bus should have been, fucking horrible - worse bussride of my life.
My bus was supposed to arrive in Santa Marta at 1 PM. We did not arrive until 6. The bus never stopped for food or rest, only to allow hawkers on. Horrible experience.
